Connecting farmers to knowledge, experts & markets.
PsAgri is an Arabic-first digital agriculture platform. In one app, a farmer can check the health of a crop from a photo, reach an agricultural engineer, sell produce, follow market prices and find agricultural inputs.

The problem
A farmer rarely faces just one problem.
Plant health, agricultural advice and market access are connected. In Palestine the support for each one is scattered across different people, shops and phone calls.
Plant health
“What is happening to my crop?”
Diseases and pests are often identified late, or treated by guesswork.
Agricultural advice
“What should I do next?”
Reaching a qualified agricultural engineer at the right moment is hard, especially in rural areas.
Market access
“Where can I sell or source?”
Access to buyers came up again and again in our conversations with farmers.
“I’ve farmed myself and dealt directly with the agricultural market. I built PsAgri because I experienced this gap firsthand: between knowledge, practical support, plant health and market access.”
Mohammed Marai, Co-founder · Agricultural Engineer
Our solution
One platform. One connected farmer journey.
PsAgri puts the farmer at the centre: identify the problem, get advice, act, and sell. Everything is in Arabic and designed for how Palestinian farmers already work.
Identify
AI-assisted crop health from a photo, with the visible evidence behind each result.
Advise
Crop-specific guidance turned into practical next steps, confirmed by agricultural engineers when it matters.
Sell
A marketplace where farmers list produce and livestock for traders and buyers.
Price
Daily wholesale market prices and alerts, so farmers know what their crop is worth.
Source
Stores for seeds, fertilizers, pesticides and equipment in one place.
AI helps farmers identify problems and access information. Agricultural professionals stay central to confirmation and professional advice.
AI Crop Health
From a plant photo to practical action.
The farmer takes a photo. PsAgri returns a likely cause, the evidence it saw, and what to do next. When the photo is not enough, the app says so and asks for a field check.
- PhotoThe farmer photographs the affected leaf, fruit or plant.
- AI-assisted identificationFor example “Aphids on wheat, severe, 88% confidence”, shown openly to the farmer.
- Evidence & symptomsThe visible signs behind the result. If evidence is missing, the app asks for a specific extra photo.
- Practical guidancePrevention and monitoring first, then treatment options by chemical group.
- Expert confirmationImage-only results are marked preliminary. The app recommends an agricultural engineer before any pesticide.
- Farmer feedback“Was the diagnosis correct?” Each answer helps improve accuracy.
How it works
Flutter app → secure cloud function → vision AI model → PsAgri disease knowledge base → structured result. No AI key ever sits on the farmer’s phone.
Our own crop-disease models
Confidence is not correctness. One corn model with 96% validation accuracy was 98.3% confident and wrong. Four of seven audited models made at least one wrong prediction at 98% confidence or more. So PsAgri is designed around evidence, expert escalation and field validation.
Agricultural Engineers
Real experts, one tap away.
AI extends access to knowledge. Agricultural engineers and veterinarians give the professional advice.
Directory
Find agricultural engineers and veterinarians by specialty and by distance, with verified profiles.
Consultations
Farmers send a case with photos. An engineer confirms the diagnosis and advises on the next steps.
Follow-up
Check progress and adjust the plan. Integrated pest management and prevention come first.
Marketplace
From agricultural support to market connection.
Farmers present their products. Traders, buyers and agri-businesses find them directly.
